1️⃣ Appointment Booking

  • All therapy sessions, training programs, and workshops are offered by prior appointment only

  • Booking confirmation is subject to successful payment (if applicable)

  • Users are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking details

2️⃣ Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund

  • No-shows (absence without notice) will be treated as session completed

3️⃣ Rescheduling Policy

  • One-time rescheduling may be allowed if informed 24 hours in advance

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability

  • Repeated rescheduling may result in session cancellation without refund

4️⃣ Refund Policy

  • Payments once made are generally non-refundable

  • Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases such as:

    • Session cancelled by Divine Magnetism

    • Technical issues preventing service delivery (online sessions only)

👉 All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Divine Magnetism.

5️⃣ Workshops, Trainings & Programs

  • Fees paid for workshops, courses, or training programs are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Missed sessions in a multi-session program will not be compensated or refunded

6️⃣ Mode of Refund (If Approved)

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment provider

7️⃣ Client Responsibility

By booking a session or program, the client agrees that:

  • They understand the nature of complementary therapies

  • Results are not guaranteed

  • Participation is voluntary and at their own discretion

8️⃣ Policy Modification

Divine Magnetism reserves the right to:

  • Modify or update this policy at any time

  • Change terms without prior notice
